A Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with the alcohol gently lifted out — using cool vacuum distillation at just 30°C (86°F), a low-temperature process that protects the natural aromatics and acidity better than spinning-cone methods. The result is the vivid character of Marlborough Sauv Blanc — passionfruit, citrus blossom, zesty lime, a hint of minerality — finishing crisp and refreshing.
