Cut Above Whiskey

Cut Above nonalcoholic Whiskey is made in the style of Bourbon. The nose is sweet with notes of plum and a touch of warm hops. On the initial sip young oak, rich tea, and sour cherry appear. Those flavors give way to peppercorn and lightly toasted malt. The warmth of the pepper lingers through to the swallow where mild nods of coffee and orange oil also appear.
